About the EDS System©
What is the EDS System©?1
Emergency Disaster Solution System is an inventory control system that organizes emergency management material and supply. Items are placed in the ready position at a moments notice at your location of work, campus, institution even at home. The system is even more efficient when there are multiple storage locations and a great deal of material and supply you need to keep tract of. The EDS System© is copyrighted with patent(s) pending.
What does it do?2
It increases speed at which you can respond to any emergency or event.
Why is this important?3
The faster we minimize the impact of the emergency the least amount of loss will take place, economically, and most often it means the difference between a life being saved or life being lost.
How much does it cost?4
It is free to anyone who wishes to implement it in their current emergency management program.
Is this a software program?5
No. But you will use components from Microsoft Office and Adobe to configure your EDS System©.
How do I get it?6
Email your request to CustomerService@EMSgo.org. Include your contact information, and a brief description of your emergency management program. Upon review you will be given a link with examples on how to put this together for your location.
What do I get?7
You will receive instructions on how to develop your own control system with examples and configurations for your review.
Do the material and supplies come with the EDS System©?8
No. You only receive the “how to” to develop a program for your location. You will need to purchase your own emergency management material and supply items or use current inventory in the development of your control system.
Can you tell me what material and supply I need for my emergency management system?9
We can give you the basic components. However, an assessment of your location would fulfill this most accurately.
How do I do an assessment?10
You can contact local authorities like your fire department or local office of emergency services. Explain what you are doing. Most are eager to assist.
Can EMS Global One perform an assessment?11
Yes. For a fee. Send your request to CustomerService@EMSgo.org. A quote will be provided for your review.
Can we buy emergency management material and supply from EMS Global One?12

Grants and Gifting
How do I get a grant?1
Email your request to CustomerService@EMSgo.org. Allow up to 90 days for a response. You will receive a letter of receipt with instructions including any requirements and qualifications to meet your request.
What is gifting?2
EMS Global One receives requests for emergency kit(s) regularly. All requests are considered. Email your request to CustomerService@EMSgo.org. Allow up to 90 days for a response. You will receive a letter of receipt with instructions including any requirements and qualifications to meet your request.
Speaking Events
Would “CW” consider speaking at my location or event?1
Send your request to CustomerService@EMSgo.org. Your request will be reviewed. You will receive response with any requirements and/or qualifications.
What is the subject matter?2
The focus is on life safety. How to mitigate, prepare, respond and recover from the event is the curriculum.
How long is the presentation?3
Presentations are tailored to your time lines. Usually one to eight hours. Email request for sample of presentation to CustomerService@EMSgo.org.
